We applied . . Was accepted . . We're an elderly couple ( 70 & 80 ) . . Became sick & couldn't move in and they would not give our deposit back

We enjoyed our time at Overlook. Krystal and the maintenance crew always made sure we had what we needed. I still call over to the clubhouse to see how things are.
