Nice friendly BBQ joint that has been gradually expanding to 3 locations. And the prices seems very affordable! $19 Improper Platter...choice of 2 smoked meats and 2 house sides...that's awesome...

The Improper Pig is the portal to the barbecue explorer’s world. It features beloved classics such as pulled pork and St. Louis-style ribs. It adds new influences like pork rolls and Chow Bao Sliders. It indulges the vegetarian side with a notable “No Pig” sandwich of grilled Portobello mushrooms. In order, the food: my date ordered the pork rind appetizer and fries. I ordered the improper charcuterie board. According to the server, we received a smaller than normal order of pork rinds....

Delicious! My family and I got a little bit of everything on the menu and we're not disappointed. The different sauces they have available were awesome! Pictured above is the Improper Charcuterie....
