wont give me a replacement phone for my phone that is INSURED. kept deleting my claims saying its wrong. The SYSTEM is filing them under what is appropriate for charger port broken. bad company

Always busy alway a 2 hour wait when coming I. To this store you would think they would do something about there crap service and there wait times..... crappy service crap phone company!

Went to just buy a iPhone case and the custumer service rep was super pushy and told me to wait 37 minutes to check out.
