We had a very bad experience with these guys. Bikes arrived with flat tires, called but no response, when someone did come around they re-inlfated and left not bothering to check that the tires...

This service has really deteriorated over the years. Bikes are just ok but if you need service all you get is a voicemail and no call back. Use the Kiawah island service instead.
