Best part, non-fluctuating rates unlike the ride shares where one minute it's 10 bucks and it shoots to 30 in 5 minutes. Can book a cab in advance with no price gouging.

They stood us up for 2 cabs. Both were supposed to have room for 4. One case with room for 1 and the other never showed. If you're out of Uber range, you're screwed.

I scheduled a pick-up the day before for 7:15 this morning. They never showed up and won't respond to calls or texts. Now I'm late for work. Very unreliable.
