Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes.

Steak 'n Shake has one of the best smash burgers you can buy for under six bucks. Service isn't the fastest but you can't rush quality. Believe it or not their food is definitely worth the wait.
