This hatchery plays a vital role in aquatic conservation, producing over two million fish annually across its 31 production ponds and one reservoir pond. The species raised here include largemouth and smallmouth bass, bluegill, crappie, and various catfish, primarily sourced from the nearby Little Puddin Lake watershed.
