If your workers are telling you equipment is not working why are you not fixing the issue. I guess we have one more person that doesn't like making money

30 minutes on 2 drinks - a large order was put in before us and they got very confused with order of drinks after that. Multiple customers had to tell them they had been there 20 + minutes

Super fast at 10 in the morning. Pleasant barista as well. Beverage was made correctly. Prices they cannot control in the store so I don't blame the employees for that. Good visit
