Spectrum

I don't know if Yelp is seeking a review of Spectrum's services or their store, but in my several years of experience, I find that they both suck.

So incredibly slow. Overheard an employee saying to someone don't worry they've got 4 hours left today and they're not trying to do more work. About 8 people in line. Over 1 hour no change.

This isn't a good store! Hire sufficient staff so your members don't have to wait 2 to 3 hours to return equipment. I waited 30 minutes before I realize that it would take two additional hours...

Worst service and business par none. Hate SC bc of you. Get your stuff together. Don't understand why Wi-Fi is out almost 23 out of 24hrs a day. Figure it out or sell off you guys suck
