Spartina is a handbag and ladies accessories store that is fairly new to Tanger Outlets. Although it's not an outlet store, it fits in well at the mall and carries a lot of items I haven't seen...

Kind of expensive for an outlet store. Nobody greeted me as I walked in or out. Cute stuff but customer service was obviously lacking.
