I don't live in Spartanburg and tried to contact that paper about a family archive of memorabilia I found, to see if I could get these documents and family historical records back to the decedents...

Just a typical small town paper, nothing more. My renewal price beginning 6/2016 is $312. Last year one year subscription was $239 and $228 the year before . Not worth it!!!
