Spartanburg County Sheriff

The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is a part of the Spartanburg County Government in South Carolina. It is a law enforcement agency that works to protect the lives and properties of residents and visitors. The sheriff's office operates through administrative, civil and records divisions. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office maintains a criminal investigations division that focuses on matters related to burglaries, larcenies, homicides, and auto and juvenile crimes. It also operates a warrants office, as well as a bomb unit. The sheriff's office has a uniform patrol division that responds to residents calls for assistance. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is certified by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
