Kenny Garvin and Rob Swank started Southern Hvac in 2016, formerly Garvin and Gaddy Hvac. Rob and myself have together over 45 years experience in the heating and air conditioning business with both being service technicians for more than 15 years each. When choosing an air conditioning contractor, ask yourself this question. Would you rather have a licensed technician at your home taking care of you or just a guy that the big companies throws your way to answer the call.
