I was at Starbucks next door and simply wanted to exchange a $5 bill for 5 $1 coins for a school project my kids were doing. They said "Technically, we can't do that unless you have an account...

Just joined this bank. I was able to do most of it online. They are walking distance from my house. They seem friendly from my first visit. Offered my kids lollipops :) The bank refunds ATM fees...
