Had my daughters backpack engraved with her name and it came out really nice! They have a lot of selections to choose from. It only takes about 20 mins for them to do it.

Wish I could give a negative review! Daria, the manager, was extremely rude and negative and full of excuses as to why I could not have item shipped when we forgot to pick up after a too long wait...
