Sleeping Giant Distillery is York County, South Carolina's 1st legal distillery since prohibition. We are a true micro-distillery that is family owned and operated by brothers William and Patrick and produce all of our unique craft spirits by hand in small batches from our hybrid pot still. We Specialize in Rum! We are located in Downtown Rock Hill and operate out of an early 1900's era 1,200 sq.ft. building once used to grade and classify cotton for the historic William’s Cotton Company.
