Six and Twenty Distillery is a grain to glass maker of premium spirits. We rely on locally-sourced materials for our products, and pride ourselves in being South Carolina's finest distillery. We're open to the public and encourage folks to stop in and see for themselves what makes craft spirits truly unique. Our gift shop allows for on-site purchases, samples and a chance to meet our craftsmen. Our new space also features a cocktail bar where you can experience all that our spirits have to offer. Cheers!

Six and twenty is such a little local gem. LOVE using their Carolina cream for espresso Martinis and cocktails at home. Their cocktails at their location are awesome and the bar staff is great....

I highly recommend it if you are in the area and looking for something fun to do. The tours are at certain times; 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. are two of the tour times. You can book online and pay onsite...
