We are a specialty wellness center offering therapies for chronic illness remediation and prevention, movement disorders, weight & toxicity, anxiety & stress so that you can move, function, relax and feel better! We are a Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) Affiliate and offer several classes such as RSB, TRX, Alexander Technique, Cardio Circuit training, and Cardio Boxing throughout the week. We also offer full-spectrum infrared saunas that use light, infrared heat, vibration and sound to aid in weight loss (up to 700 calories in 30 min), pain relief, and stress relief. There are several packages and programs to choose from including Corporate Wellness programs for businesses. We aren't just a therapy center or a gym. We are building a community!
