It started as an adventure seeking to reconcile family and professional life: In 2008, Thierry, Christiane and their children left France for a trip around the world on their sailboat. Five years later, with good winds and a little bit of luck, they discovered Charleston, SC. The time was right to settle down and to combine the ingredients that made the journey unique: Good food that brings people together, precious personal and professional relationships and, being simple and authentic.
