Still appears to be closed permanently/ indefinitely. The entrance in locked and looks abandoned

Trail is 1.5 miles and you can do the loop twice for 3 miles total. The parking lot is small. Can fit only 8 cars max. The hill back to the parking lot is the real challenge when hiking back
