I went to this Salon to have my color done and my extensions moved up. This was the worst salon experience I've had in my life and I've been going for over 30 years so that's saying something!....

A family member had a bad experience with Kim. I'm not happy with making the trips to Salon with very little concern from the staff. They don't care about mistakes and bottom line is taking more...

Bad experience with Kim. Did not have any concern for the aweful results that I have to live with. Now she wants to charge more for numerous sessions to take our money. This is not right!
