I pop in and out of this Saks Off 5th periodically. Today the employees were helpful and pleasant. That's a first for me at this location, but I'm thankful for the enjoyable shopping experience.

If you're in Hilton Head, make sure you check TJ Maxx before you buy at Saks Off 5th. Some of the same stuff, half the price, and WAY nicer and more customer service oriented employees. Not sure...
