HistoryThe Justin Pepper Foundation was organized in October of 2007 in memory of Justin Pepper, who died in August of 2007 in a tragic car accident. Justin was volunteer in his community and we use his story to encourage other youth to take ownership in their community. The foundation has two signature events, a community breakfast and toy drive the first Saturday in December and a clean up outing on Lake Murray in July.
