It is good it is right on the beach and no sand dunes. The room was ok i know at least 2 of the three bathrooms when you open there door it was hard and the roof panels left up and down over all ok

Great location but do NOT stay in unit 204 (thru Dunes Realty). Needs updated. Looks like it hasn't been touched since the owners bought it however many years ago. Carpet and tile badly stained....
