History

Rooted ID is a product of experience. Founder Jennifer Morrow began her career as a Graphic Designer. After working with small business owners and opening several businesses of her own, the need for a small business marketing solution became clearly apparent. Rooted ID was founded with that need in mind. Rooted ID was started with the understanding that small businesses committed to growth often times need more support than an individual can handle. However, budget constraints usually make hiring an agency unrealistic. Rooted ID bridges that gap.

Many small business owners resort to hiring marketing interns or freelance designers because employing an experienced Marketing Director or hiring an agency usually isn't feasible. Our staff has a deep appreciation for freelancing (we all have independent contracting experience), but a piecemeal approach often results in disjointed branding and ineffective marketing. In short, marketing a business on a shoe-string budget can often seem as if it is missing something... but what?
