Went in today without an appointment. I was met by Jackson and his manager don. Both of them were extremely professional and asked a lot of great questions to get me thinking about my next truck....

Well, I have not had a problem with the dealership until today. A week ago I made appointment for today. Upon arrival, the rep told me it would be six days before they could get to my Mimi-van....

Terrible terrible came in to test drive a vehicle and look at it and they say they're grabbing it ..... waited 30 mins and than they say one is in service not sure where other is basically but...

So far this business has done nothing but make me second guess them and feel like they are trying to pull wool over my eyes. I almost was allowed to buy a Jeep with a scary open recall on it....

I called the dealership yesterday since my car wouldn't start after I came of the beach. They said they would be happy to give me an appointment for NEXT Tuesday. . I told them I now know why...
