Nearly impossible to get hold of a property manager or employee at the site. There's also damage to the unit and, potentially, our property, but the company has been uncooperative.

I appreciated the convenience of after normal business hours I could still get a unit. The lock was inside the unit already. No hassle, paperless contract. Also affordable, very competitive rate....

So far everything is great we haven't been their a month yet, but all seems very nice and clean and convenient. will update if anything changes!!!
