Dr. Patel received his medical doctorate from University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Allergy & Immunology fellowship at University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, where he served as a chief fellow in his final year of training. Dr. Patel is board-certified in Internal Medicine as well as Allergy & Immunology. Throughout his training, Dr. Patel participated in clinical research as a sub-investigator for various asthma, food allergy, chronic urticaria/angioedema, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, and atopic dermatitis studies. Dr. Patel has published articles in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology: In Practice, International Archives of Allergy and Immunology, and the World Allergy Organization website. Dr. Patel is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Dr. Pulcini is originally from Evansville, IN and went to medical school at Indiana University. He completed his Pediatric residency at the Greenville Health System in 2008 and his sub-specialty training in Allergy-Immunology in Jackson, Mississippi. He then returned to Greenville to help form Acadia Allergy and Immunology in 2010. He is board certified in Pediatrics as well as Allergy and Immunology. He has a special interest in food allergy but manages all aspects of allergic and immune diseases. He sees both pediatric and adult patients. When not seeing patients he enjoys time with his wife and their five children.
