Close the store, clean it, hire new staff, and reopen, maybe. Ordered the Festive Family meal. The chicken was not even warm. COLD. The biscuits were Cold. The potatoes and gravy were luke...

Beans and rice with meal - only half full - like 2 teaspoons!!! Biscuit is WAY over done and half of it hard as a rock and other half barely edible. such a disappointment to get all the way home...

This place is terrible to door dash from. They frequently leave out ordered items. As a dasher myself to get the staff to acknowledge you is like pulling teeth.

Ordered the 1/4 # shrimp "meal" portions for the $11.59 price were snack size for the money. The biscuit is shrimp as well... back to Bojangles for value added...
