one week ago I went with my dog for grooming..I left him at 8 am..they told me beetween 3 or 4 hours wS 1 pm he was not ready..I spent more than half day waiting..for a toy poodle...adding the cut...

Pet Smart in Easley, SC did a fine job on my dog. For them to supposedly love animals I was told they could no longer groom him since he is older and cannot stand for the whole grooming service.

I get the sense they do the best they can, but there is a lot of confusion with the Banfield vet shop. Maybe a lot of that is the Rona, dunno.Just a strange time to have vet work done.
