I dread the eye doctor. I have terrible vision (though it's correctable with glasses or contacts, thankfully) and I'm always afraid they're going to tell me my eyes have become worse or whatever....

Poor customer service. You cancel your appointment too many times and they make you only do walk ins. This policy is rude (staff is not sympathetic or apologetic) and made me changed doctors.
