Dr. Patricia O'Dierno is a board eligible pediatrician who joined our team in 2020. She is originally from Buffalo, New York and completed her undergraduate degree at SUNY Albany in Albany, New York. She received her medical degree from American University of Antigua. Following medical school, she completed her residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. She relocated to South Carolina after residency to be close to family. Dr. O'Dierno believes that not only is it important to treat children, it is also important to have open communication with families. She is dedicated to preventative medicine.

Dr. Tiedt's dedication to advancing medical knowledge is reflected in his teaching experience, where he mentored Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine students at VCOM Carolinas and Nurse Practitioner Students at various universities. Active in professional organizations, Dr. Tiedt maintains memberships in prestigious bodies such as the American Medical Association, South Carolina Medical Association, Lancaster Medical Association, SC OB/GYN Association, and the American College of OB/GYN. Outside of his medical pursuits, Dr. Tiedt is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hobbies such as hunting, fishing, gardening, and bike riding. He has also contributed his skills to mission work, teaching modern OB/GYN surgery in China. Dr. Tiedt has been honored with numerous awards and accolades throughout his career, including recognition from the American College of OB/GYN and the Outstanding Young Man of America. Gregory Miller, MD

Gregory Miller, MD

Dr. Miller grew up outside of Richmond, Virginia. He received his BA in history from the College of William and Mary. After graduation, he spent a year in Europe competing on the professional tennis circuit. He then received his MD from the Medical College of Virginia. Finally, he completed his residency in OB/GYN at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He then traveled to Camp Lejeune, NC where he spent three years as a Navy physician with the Marine Corps. He was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his service. Following his military service, he spent the next 18 years in private practice in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He left Rock Hill for Beaufort, South Carolina to develop a new and successful OB/GYN practice for the local hospital. In Beaufort, Dr. Miller provided a broad range of obstetrical and gynecologic services. He also served as chairman of the department of OB/GYN and on several leadership committees including the Executive Committee and the Medical Staff Performance Improvement Committee. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed providing a wide range of obstetrical and gynecologic services to his patients. He especially enjoys delivering babies and has delivered close to 10,000 wonderful babies. He also enjoys performing a wide range of surgical procedures including using the da Vinci robot for minimally invasive hysterectomies. Other interests in women’s health services include the management of birth control, hormones, menopause, infertility, and urinary incontinence. Dr. Miller is excited to bring his expertise and skills to Lancaster.
