I sat in the drive thru line for an entire HOUR!!! The service is terrible and by the time I got my food, it was COLD!!! Skip this restaurant if at all possible!

The food is good but the service is awful. Always rude. And when you order a drink, no matter what size, the small, medium, or large could be any size. I have asked for the same order for my lunch...

I enjoy the chicken wild rice soup with the 1/2 strawberry salad as a pick 2. The salad is my favorite summer salad anywhere.

This Panera has really gone down hill!! It's super overpriced and are always out of everything. My pepperoni mozzarella melt had no sauce, my kids and wife's grilled cheese were on burnt...
