Dr. Sara Witcraft (she/her/hers) is a licensed clinical psychologist in the Women's Reproductive Behavioral Health clinic at MUSC, which serves patients who are pregnant and up to one year postpartum. Dr. Witcraft provides therapy to pregnant and postpartum people with mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and insomnia. Dr. Witcraft primarily uses a cognitive-behavioral approach in her clinical practice, and frequently incorporates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills.
