Pain in the butt, ordered two items online for instore pick up. Showed up an hour later and no one could find either item. Either their systems are all messed up or people are slacking on the job....

Customer service was greatly lacking. Five male employees, no customers in the store. Two females (my daughter and I) were told we had to replace our own battery but we could use the store tools...
