this place gets a negative 5 stars, don't ever get a loan from these people, complete rip off. i repeat do not get a loan, i had a great credit score once before above 720,these people enjoy...

I went to OneMain Financial in Morristown, Tennessee to make a payment on my account. They told us that if we were paying cash, they could not give us a receipt. Shady business in Morristown.

I've NEVER witnessed such poor business conduct as I did when I watched how they treated a customer OVER A MISTAKE THEY'D MADE THEMSELVES! The "manager"...it's what SHE claimed...cursed at this...

They have the rudest customer service.. I can not stand the Boiling Springs office. Tonya is absolutely terrible. STAY AWAY!!!
