Hi my name is Tania. Nurture Wellness Now is my Happy Place. I have been a personal trainer for 20 years, a yoga teacher for 10, and a serious meditator for 7 years. Meditation has bought about the most significant and profound changes in my life, affecting how I feel, how I think, how I relate, not just to others, but also how I relate to myself. I strive to be my own best friend! And believe me, that is the greatest gift meditation brings to your life. I decided I wanted to share what I have learned with everybody I connect with. Nurture Wellness Now is the result of my desire to share the insights to be gained through mindful practices. Meditation, Yoga, Taichi/Qigong.
