Novant Health - Orangeburg

I waited over 3 hours on a Tuesday morning back in 2014. Was really disappointed I didn't bring a book with me or something to pass the time. The doctor was nice but the wait was just ridiculous....

Receptionists are so unprofessional & Rude.. Very short and snappy towards me, sat on their cell phones as I'm asking a question regarding my visit, Doctor was very nice and explained everything...

I'm sitting in the waiting room at this facility in Orangeburg, SC and the young lady they have at the front desk has the worst attitude I've ever seen. There was an older guy that needed help...

I've been here since 10 o clock and I still haven't seen the doctor yet....it is now 2 o clock.... the staff are quite nice but doesn't account for the wait time!!!

Please don't waste your time. Staff don't no how to manage patient. Long wait even if you just their for labs only. My insurance company need to be kick in ?? just for recommending we use...
