Went to replace a battery with a 75 month warranty and was at month 50. Expected to get prorated reduction on the exact replacement but they refused to cover it. They said I was lucky to get 36...

Always rude and closes hours early.everytime u go they actually tell u to leave so they can close @3 when everyone knows napa is suppose to be open till 5
