What a great place to hang out when around when visiting MUSC and I am sure great for staff. When I visited it was especially nice because they had their Christmas Tree fully decorated....

The Waring Historical Library, part of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), is a repository dedicated to the preservation and study of the history of health sciences. Named after Joseph I. Waring, Jr., the library houses a collection of original manuscripts, books, and artifacts that chronicle the development of health sciences in South Carolina and the broader Atlantic World during the 18th and 19th centuries.
While the library is currently undergoing renovations and is closed to the public, researchers can access its collections by appointment. The area where this garden has previously been located is currently involved in part of the construction etc in the MUSC horseshoe and Basic Sciences Bldg. There are plans for relocating it, but...
