MUSC Health Primary Care has opened a new clinic at the MUSC Health West Ashley Medical Pavilion, inside the Citadel Mall! This one convenient setting within the Epic Center (formerly the Citadel Mall) houses specialty care clinics and Primary Care. On-site lab and pharmacy services are available for patients’ use. Ample, free parking is also available. Providers are accepting new patients at MUSC Health Primary Care – Epic Center to guide you through your wellness journey. We offer routine wellness and preventive care services, chronic disease management, and diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions for patients of all ages.

West Ashley Primary Care at Charlie Hall is open for in-person office visits and online, video visits. Our Family Medicine providers offer comprehensive health care for patients of all ages. Your provider will see you for routine wellness and preventive care appointments; can guide you through diagnosis and treatment planning for a range of diseases and conditions; and will serve as a liaison between any other health care providers and specialists you may see.
