William Owens, MD, is a board-certified critical care medicine physician at Prisma Health and chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. Dr. Owens received his medical degree from the UofSC School of Medicine and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Earl K. Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
