Although they carry many of their usual items, the staff was less than knowledgeable about the store. We asked one girl to help us find an item, and she said she wasn't sure but framing could help...

I was in the Michael's store in Simpsonville twice, today. Both times I had the cashier named, Parker. He was extremely polite, patient and helped me with my gift cards with different balances....

I went to pick up my UPS package that was delivered there and was told they weren't able to give it to me because they got the door jammed and can't get it and have to call someone to cut the lock...

it's pointless to do an order online for pick in store if i have to Wait behind 8 customers in line to ring up before I can pick up my order that's ready and paid for.

The Greenville store is better. This store is smaller and doesn't have all of the items that I was looking for. The items that they do have seems to be crammed in.
