Michael Anthony's Cooking Classes

For two decades, the chefs at Michael Anthony's have remained passionate about their cooking and excited about passing their art onto others. This is why our cooking school has become such a popular destination. Our small classes allow you to interact closely with our cooking staff, learn to prepare wonderful meals in a congenial setting, and taste your own creations. You might choose to attend our DEMONSTRATION CLASSES, where our chefs provide step-by-step guidance for preparing various dishes. When the lesson is competed, you’ll enjoy a generous tasting of all the food and sip some wine. Or you can decide to participate in a HANDS-ON CLASS, where you’ll actively prepare dishes alongside the chef. When the meal is complete, you’ll sit down and share a family-style lunch, including expertly-pared wine. You might even want to gather a small group of friends or family and arrange for a PRIVATE HANDS-ON class (minimum of 6, maximum of 10), usually offered on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
