Martin Family Park is a newly established park in Bluffton, SC, located across the street from DuBois Park. With its spacious green areas and ample parking, it provides an ideal setting for families to gather and connect. The Martin Family, led by Jacob "Jake" and Ida Martin, are recognized as exemplary community servant leaders in Bluffton. Their commitment to helping others began in their church and extended throughout the community. Ida founded Bluffton Self Help, Inc. at the age of 60 in 1987, and also established the Bluffton Community Soup Kitchen in 2012. Jacob served as a police officer and police chief before dedicating his career to education and public service.
