Tala Kassm, D.O. is a board certified ophthalmologist sub-specializing in the treatment of glaucoma and cataracts. He is a specialist in neuro-ophthalmology and oculoplastic surgery and is the director of the neuro-ophthalmology service at the Storm Eye Institute. He also is currently the Dr. William A. And Sandra F. Johnson endowed chair in neuro-ophthalmology. Dr. Berman relocated here from Sarasota, Florida, where he was in private practice for the previous 18 years. While there he served as a clinical associate professor of ophthalmology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he regularly gave lectures to the residents.
