History
After working in a commercial setting for 5 years, Dr. Shinners moved to the Mt. Pleasant Towne Centre to open his practice, a life long goal, a practice of his own. We have been here ever since. Many things have changed in Mt. Pleasant since we opened, but the enjoyment of optometry hasn't. Dr. Shinners still enjoys working with his patients in a relaxed and caring fashion.
