History

After several years as a golf professional in the Charleston area where I was managing 40 employees, teaching lessons and playing professionally, I decided to bring my knowledge and hard work to Real Estate. My initial interest was peaked when one of my students got me dabbling in investment property. From there I was hooked and turned in my PGA card for a Real Estate license. I have been fortunate enough to have a great client base that provides a phenomenal referral base that continues to grow my business each day. My success granted me the ability to become a franchise owner at ERA Tides Realty, grow the company, and become Agent of the Year in 2008 and 2009. Today, the growing Lorentz Real Estate team proudly serves terrific clients as part of The Boulevard Company family, which has offices in Downtown Charleston, Mt Pleasant and James Island. I bring to the table a wealth of real estate knowledge, longstanding dependability and above all else TRUST.

I have lived in the Charleston, SC area for the past 17 years and have sold real estate for the past twelve years. I handle luxury sales, golf and beach sales, and Downtown Charleston. I'm a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist and generally handle residential sales, but also have experience with commercial real estate.
