Being healthy and working out is a major part of our lives and should be taken serious. Our community is in need of everyone ensuring they exercise and eat properly. Also, I see our children and families in need for clothing and other items. I see that all of our children do not have the same opportunities that others do due to lack of funds in the household. We offer several types of classes such as the Penalty Box, Circuit Training, Personal Training and ZUMBA. We also include classes just for children and will offer classes just for the Adults. We have fun in our classes and we push you to the limit. We offer other products such as tshirts, masks, bags, and homemade soap. We always look to putting a smile on our customers faces.
