We came with friends. They had an outdated room with things falling apart or not working. We had to be moved rooms twice - once because the room looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned in years...

How about tearing it down and completely rebuild, until then don't call it a resort!!! A resort it isn't! I stayed at many places and this is one I'll never stay in again... I was a guest on this...
